Contingency Fees

The Consortium members will typically assist you on a contingency basis. In other words, the Member's attorney's fees are based on a percentage of what you recover. Therefore, if there is no recovery, there is no fee. The percentage will vary depending upon the particular circumstances of your case.

The costs of the lawsuit, such as court filing fees, deposition costs, and expert fees, may also be included in the contingency arrangement.

Not every infringement case, however, can be handled on a contingency basis. This may be due to a variety of reasons.
